DIY Wedding Party Proposals

Paige

At Home & Family we are celebrating June Weddings all month long so I came up with a cute way to pop a very important question …

We have seen so many beautiful and creative ways couples get engaged but did you know in recent years, wedding PARTY proposals are trending more and more? Brides and grooms all over the country are coming up with unique ways to ask their closest friends and family to be their bridesmaid or groomsmen. I actually did it for my bridesmaids when I got married too! So  I came up with a super cute DIY that’ll get your wedding party super excited to say, “I do, too! Here is how to get started.

You Will Need:

Materials for Cufflinks
  • Mini treasure boxes
  • 16mm cufflink
  • 16mm flat bottom gemstone
  • E6000 glue
  • Hot glue
Materials for Necklace
  • Mini treasure boxes
  • Crystal or gemstone
  • 24-inch necklace chain
  • 24-inch gauge wire

How-To:

Directions for Cufflinks

1. use glue to attach flat bottom gemstone to 16mm cufflink base

Directions for Necklace

1. Wrap the wire around the top of the crystal, so the pointier or thinner part of the crystal hangs down.

2. Once that’s secure, attach the wire to the necklace chain.
