People who know me and my home designs know that I am WILD for agate. I have it as art on my walls, coasters on my coffee tables, heck, I even wear it as jewelry. So with the inspiration of taking something beautiful from mother earth and adding a little something’ something’ – I give you my DIY Agate Coasters. Here is how to get started:

You Will Need:

• Agate rounds
• Gold leaf paint (always follow manufacturer’s instructions)
• Artist paint brush
• Anti-slip silicone discs

How-To:

1. Dip artist paint brush into gold leaf paint and paint the exposed edges of each round vertically up and down.

2. Allow to dry completely.

3. Add anti-slip silicone rounds to bottom of coaster.
